🙌 GM the OD community! Let's start off 2025 with some new changes!

🔥 First off, ODHack is now re-named to ODBoost to better suit the purpose of the event! For those that are new, you will be joining us for a 10 day open-source week starting the 22nd of January to contribute, collaborate and build your profile.

🔥🔥 This time round, you will be invited to explore projects before asking to be assigned to an issue. Meaning that when the ODBoost week starts, you’ll have more opportunities to understand the bigger picture, contribute meaningfully, and stay engaged beyond the week-long event.

🔥🔥🔥 Rewards are changing! Please have a read here on how it's going to work and why we're changing (for Starknet & Stellar ecosystems). We are going to talk about it in our Community Call.

👀 Now, please read the following steps very carefully to have a great ODBoost:

Step 1️⃣ : Register to participate

If you haven't already done so, make sure to sign up and register to participate. You won't be able to receive rewards or apply to open issues if you don't go through this step.

Step 2️⃣ : Join the Telegram group:

Stay connected and up to date by joining our Telegram group! Each project will also have their means of contact, which will be communicated in the Telegram group. Guidelines on how the ODBoost works will be communicated regularly in the group.

Step 3️⃣ : Browse through the projects participating

Check out the projects participating in this edition to become familiar with it and when the D-day (January 22nd 2025) is here, you can begin.

A blog post will come out shortly with more details.

When the event begins, you will see all projects with available open issues on this page.

Select projects of interest and issues that match your skills to get a better chance of being assigned and apply directly via OnlyDust. For a better chance, give a bit of details regarding your background and how you would approach the issue.
